Admission Office: Student Ambassadors & Office Assistant

Purpose:
Student Office Assistant will file, arrange, and organize paperwork. In addition, the student
worker will also make copies, scan documents, pick up and drop off mail.
Responsibilities:
Student Office Assistant duties
- Filing – Arranging filing cabinets – putting files in order
- Preparing labels for files
- Packing documents in boxes
- Making copies and scanning
- Taking outgoing mail and picking up mail from the mailroom
- Other duties as assigned
Qualification & Skills
2.5 or higher GPA
