Job Title: Alumni Relations Assistant/Coordinator

Position Description
To assist the Alumni Director by providing support in the areas of routine office duties, maintenance and research of alumni data, communications development and outreach, and assistance with annual and special events.
Responsibilities
- Develop flyers and brochures and post them in high-traffic areas.
- Maintain high-priority postings on social media platforms.
- Research alumni data for verification of accuracy and reduction of duplicates.
- Conduct routine office assignments such as answering the phone, filing etc.
- Develop and send emails and compile memorandums.
- Assist with the organization and implementation of annual and special events.
- Curate photos, documents, and memorabilia for alumni archives.
- Conduct surveys and analyze data.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Students should have a 2.5 grade point average or better.
- Students should have a classification of sophomore or higher.
- Strong oral and written communication skills are a prerequisite.
- General knowledge of office and administrative procedures; familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
